The Flexicare Urimeter features a sterile, closed collection design equipped with a built-in measuring chamber positioned directly above the in-line bag. Utilizing a vertical drainage system alongside integrated non-return valves (NRVs), the device allows the measuring chamber to drain completely after each reading. This ensures precise tracking, particularly for patients with low urine output. Additionally, the NRVs block fluid reflux, significantly lowering the risk of ascending infections.
